Effective insulation is very important for rapid and sustained temperature control. At Refrigerated Van LTD, we use polystyrene insulating boards to provide the highest and sustainable manufacturing standards. This material has an exceptional low thermal conductivity together with other appealing characteristics including fire resistance, high tensile and shear strength, fire resistance and closed cell structure to prevent water absorption.
EXAMPLE 1
PROBLEM
• Low quality insulating materials.
• Low quality flooring.
• Leakage of residues of the cargo compartment to the cockpit.

SOLUTION
• Laid high quality insulation.
• The flooring is replaced with wear-resistant coating and is further reinforced for heavy loads.
• Processing would not allow liquids to pass through the insulation.

EXAMPLE 2
PROBLEM
• Low quality insulating materials.
• Low quality flooring and laying it.

SOLUTION
• High quality insulation is laid.
• The flooring is replaced with wear-resistant coating and is further reinforced for heavy loads.
• In addition, corrugated aluminium can be made for the entire floor and easy – to danger areas.
• Process which doesn’t allow to destroying the insulation at the corners of the floor.
